1. About Sphinx Airport
Sphinx Airport is an independent, licensed tourist transport company providing airport transfers and inter-city transport across Egypt. We are not affiliated with Sphinx International Airport (SPX) or its operator. By using this website or booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms below.
2. Bookings
Bookings are requested through this website's booking form (which hands off to WhatsApp), by direct WhatsApp message, or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once we reply to you with confirmation of the vehicle, price, and pick-up details — filling in the form or sending a message alone does not guarantee a reservation.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are agreed and fixed with you before the trip begins, based on route, vehicle type, and passenger/luggage count. Payment is made directly to the driver or as agreed with us; we do not process card payments through this website.
4. Cancellations & changes
If your travel dates, flight time, or pick-up details change, please let us know on WhatsApp or by phone as early as possible so we can adjust or reschedule your transfer. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are handled on a case-by-case basis — ask us about our current policy when you book.
5. Passenger responsibilities
Please provide accurate pick-up/drop-off locations, flight details, and passenger and luggage counts. Delays caused by incorrect information, oversized luggage not disclosed in advance, or flight changes not communicated to us may affect pricing or availability.
6. Vehicles & drivers
All vehicles are air-conditioned and insured, and all drivers are licensed. We may substitute a comparable vehicle if your originally requested vehicle is unavailable, without reducing the agreed service quality.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide safe, punctual transport, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, border/security procedures, or flight delays and cancellations.
