• Your name and phone number (including your WhatsApp contact).
• Pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Travel dates, times, and trip type (one-way or round trip).
• Passenger and luggage count.

Our booking form does not submit this information to our servers or store it in a database. Instead, it opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp for you to review and send yourself — so the information is transmitted directly to our WhatsApp Business number, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.

3. How we use your information

We use the details you send us solely to:

• Confirm, schedule, and provide your transfer or transport service.
• Contact you about your booking (confirmations, driver details, delays).
• Respond to questions you send us via WhatsApp, phone, or this site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & site analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics tools in the future to understand site traffic, we will update this page to reflect that.

5. Payment information

We do not process card payments through this website. Payment for rides is arranged directly with your driver or agreed with us over WhatsApp/phone, and we do not store any payment card details.
